Shipping Locations
We operate multiple fulfillment warehouses worldwide and will select the nearest available warehouse based on your order.
Depending on product availability, your package may be shipped from the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, or Mainland China.
Please note that multiple items in the same order may arrive separately.
Shipping Fees & Taxes
All product prices include shipping fees, taxes, and applicable duties (if shipped internationally).
You will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
For successful delivery, please provide a valid residential or business address. Shipping to P.O. Box addresses is currently not supported.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Remote Areas
Delivery to remote areas may require additional transit time depending on the local carrier and destination.
