12-Month Full Warranty

We provide a 12-month full warranty from the date of delivery.

If your product experiences any issues within the first 12 months, please contact our support team. We will provide replacement parts free of charge, including shipping costs.

If the issue cannot be resolved with replacement parts, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.


12–24 Months Extended Support

From 12 to 24 months after delivery, we continue to provide extended product support.

Replacement parts will be provided free of charge, while customers are responsible only for the shipping cost of the replacement parts.


After 24 Months

After 24 months, we still offer ongoing technical support and replacement parts service.

Replacement parts are available upon request. Customers are responsible for both the cost of replacement parts and shipping fees.


Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
