Order a single-pole towel warmer for the US (120v) and want it in brushed nickel, which they did not have listed. I contacted customer support, and they were able to special order one for me, and in less than 2 weeks I had it in hand. I have a hot water towel warmer that is tied to my heating system, which I don't use in the summer, so this was a great summer replacement. Customer support was great to work with. Very easy install and it works great.
Thank you for sharing your experience and installation photo! We’re glad we could prepare the brushed nickel 120V version for you and that it arrived quickly. It’s wonderful to hear that the installation was easy and that the towel warmer is working well as a convenient summer alternative. We truly appreciate your support!
Looks absolutely amazing 😻 We haven’t connected it yet, but so far we’re very happy with the appearance and overall quality. Hopefully it works just as well once installed.
very pleased with the towel warmer. It looks good, works well, and has been a great addition to the bathroom. Definitely recommend it! 👍
The color turned out exactly the way I wanted, and the towel warmer looks great in person. It was also packed extremely well and arrived in perfect condition. Very pleased with it.
We looked at quite a few options before choosing this one, and we’re glad we did. The towel warmer arrived quickly, was well packaged, and had no damage. Installation was easy, and it heats up almost instantly. Very happy with our choice!
The box arrived in perfect condition, and the installation went smoothly. The power cord can be easily tucked inside the mounting leg, which gives it a much cleaner and more finished look.
Good quality. easy installation
This item is not made to make your towel hot, but to make it dry. I'm using 3h timer to pre-hrat and post dry the towels. Maybe you know the feeling when you are so clean after the shower taking the towel that smells bad... Not anymore.
Everything about this product worked perfectly—packaging, instructions, hole guide template, mounting brackets, cord and plug. What a dream to have the temperature controls built into the
Towel Warmer works great. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
Very good value for the price. The controls are easy to use and clear.
