We bought this heated towel rack and overall we really like it. It looks exactly like the photos. The hooks are very convenient, and the bars are thick and round, so towels can be hung easily even without using the hooks, without worrying about damaging them.
I took off one star because the installation instructions were not very clear, but it was not a big issue. The seller later sent me a video guide.
Good quality, and the price is quite reasonable.
We waited 12 days. Although the wait was a bit long, it was definitely worth it.

Heats well. The size fits perfectly, and there were no problems with installation. I recommend it.
It arrived in excellent condition, with no scratches or dents. The first heating took about 5–7 minutes, and it did not warm up evenly right away. It started near the control panel first, then gradually spread to the rest of the surface. I tested everything, and it works properly. We’ll see how it performs with regular use, but overall I’m happy with it. The towel hooks are also a nice feature.
